Rotary Club of Bombay Worli, was founded in 1987, with its founder Members ( known as Charter Members), wanting to establish an Institution devoted to the ideals of Fellowship through service. In the last 27 years it has a magnificient track record of projects, fellowships and events.
The Club has launched “CAUSE CYCLOTHON” to promote Project “JAIPUR FOOT”, with the objective of providing Community Service and converting their:
- Dependence to Independence
- Disability to Ability
- Despair to Hope
The Rotary Club of Bombay Worli has sponsored Sumit Patil to represent India and The Rotary Club of Bombay Worli, in RAAM.
With their support, Sumit will be cycling for a Cause; CAUSE CYCLOTHON. His two feet will cycle 3000 miles in 12 days, through grueling conditions to put many lives back on their feet. One Jaipur Foot for every one mile of RAAM – at least 3000 Jaipur Foot donors.
